Piet Parra has been collaborating with Nike since 2005, and the Air Max 1 Parra stands out as a highlight from that long partnership. The pastel multi-color palette pulls from Parra’s painting work, with each panel taking a different soft tone. Pink, mint, dusty blue, cream, all blocked the way you’d block colors on canvas. Hand-drawn character details show up on the tongue and insoles.
