When the Yeezy 700 V3 debuted in December 2019, Azael was the colorway that introduced the world to the new cage design. Yeezy 700 V3 Azael dropped the Boost midsole and suede/mesh upper that defined V1 and V2, replacing them with a Primeknit base and RPU exoskeleton cage. FW4980. The colorway mixes white, bone, and pale yellow across the knit, with the cage adding structure in translucent panels. EVA foam midsole sits low to the ground. The glow-in-the-dark outsole was a first for the Yeezy line.
