Teyana Taylor’s first Jordan Brand collab references her 2018 single “Rose in Harlem” and her upbringing in the neighborhood. The Jordan 1 Teyana Taylor Rose From Harlem dropped June 2023 in a Gym Red, Black, Summit White, Earth, and Coconut Milk color scheme. Left and right shoes are intentionally different. The right shoe gets a red embroidered Swoosh lined with green thorns. The left shoe carries an oversized black leather Swoosh with zig-zag stitching that extends down to the midsole. “TEY” appears on the left tongue, a rose-thorn Swoosh on the right.

Gold hardware on the top eyelets and a custom rose lace lock add premium touches. “A ROSE FROM HARLEM” is stitched inside the ankle flaps where most people never look.
