AJ4 Retro Where the Wild Things Are
Max’s Crown, Jordan’s Shoe
Maurice Sendak’s 1963 children’s book “Where the Wild Things Are” inspired this Jordan 4. Jordan 4 Wild Things uses a hairy suede upper in cement grey and brown tones that mimic the fur of the book’s monsters. Teal and orange accents pop on the eyelets, inner tongue, and outsole. The crown logo replaces standard Jumpman branding on the tongue. Glow-in-the-dark outsole with a Wild Things-themed tread pattern. Released 2021 in grade school and preschool sizing, with adult pairs through select channels.
The hairy suede texture is the standout detail here. It looks and feels different from any other Jordan 4. The storybook theme makes it a fun collector’s piece. See more on the rep Jordan 4s page. More at rep sneakers.
