Union Flipped the Script on the AJ1

When Chris Gibbs and Union LA got their hands on the Air Jordan 1 in 2018, the result was one of the most celebrated sneaker collaborations of the decade. The Jordan 1 Retro High Union LA Black Toe takes the classic Black Toe colorway and reworks it with Union’s design philosophy. Oversized Swoosh stitched onto the upper. Mismatched collar colors, with one shoe featuring a yellow collar and the other in blue. UN/LA tag on the tongue. The upper is split between two different leather types at the ankle, exposing the interior construction at the seam.

The stitched Swoosh has visible thread and sits larger than standard, overlapping the quarter panel. Piping runs along the collar in a contrasting color. Pre-yellowed midsole straight out of the box.
