Only 1 in 2 million lobsters are born purple. The Concepts SB Dunk Low Purple Lobster leaned into that rarity when it released December 2018, style code BV1310-555, retail $110. Purple suede upper with teal speckled overlays, white Swoosh outline, plaid lobster bib insole, and the signature rubber band around the toe. Black midsole, purple outsole.
The purple suede has a deep, saturated tone that reads almost plum in low light. Teal speckles across the overlays add visual texture without competing with the dominant purple. Concepts included their stuffed lobster hang tag with this release. Zoom Air insole, padded SB tongue. Standard SB Dunk sizing.
