The Jordan 1 High Gore-Tex Black is built for bad weather. The Element version adds Gore-Tex waterproof lining to the standard AJ1 High construction, meaning rain and snow stay outside the shoe. Black and Particle Grey across the upper. The materials differ from a regular Jordan 1, using treated leather and textile panels that repel water. Gore-Tex branding on the tongue and heel. The collar is sealed and insulated compared to the open ankle of a standard retro.

The waterproof lining doesn’t add bulk. The shoe looks like a normal Jordan 1 from the outside, just with slightly different panel textures. Black midsole and outsole keep the all-dark theme going.
