J Balvin became the first Latino artist to collaborate on an Air Jordan 1, and the result was impossible to ignore. The Air Jordan 1 J Balvin collab dropped December 2020 after debuting on his feet during the Super Bowl LIV halftime performance. The upper is canvas, not leather, covered in a rainbow tie-dye gradient with jagged-cut panels on the collar, eyelets, heel, and forefoot. Exposed foam peeks through the top of the collar. A pink nylon tongue carries mismatched tags: Jumpman on the right, Balvin’s smiley face on the left.

Removable velcro patches on the heel let you swap between a smiley face, Jumpman, basketball, and lightning bolt. Three lace sets (white, pink, black) come in the box. Pink midsole underneath.
