Jordan Brand has released plenty of UNC-themed Jordan 1s, but the Jordan 1 Retro High OG UNC Toe (DZ5485-400) stands apart because of its color blocking. Instead of the traditional UNC layout with blue overlays on white, this July 2023 release borrows the Bred Toe arrangement. University Blue on the toe box, heel, and ankle flap. Black on the Swoosh, forefoot overlay, eyestays, and collar lining. White leather fills the quarter panel and midsole. Blue rubber outsole underneath.

Think of it as the Bred Toe with Carolina Blue swapped in for red. The blue is bright and saturated, not powdery. All-leather construction, no suede or special textures.
