Before Red Thunder, White Thunder, or Pink Thunder existed, there was just Thunder. The Jordan 4 Thunder released in August 2006 as a Jumpman23.com exclusive alongside the Lightning colorway, packaged with a matching varsity jacket for $500. Black nubuck covers the entire upper. Tour Yellow appears underneath the mesh side panels, on the TPU eyelets, inner tongue lining, and across the painted midsole. White Jumpman logos on the tongue and heel keep it simple.

The 2012 retro brought it back at $160, and the 2023 version hit shelves at $210 with the same faithful color blocking and black stitching on the toe cap.
