The Air Jordan 5 Wings released July 16, 2025, at $215 in women’s sizing as part of the 10th anniversary of Jordan Brand’s Wings scholarship program. A satin upper replaces the usual leather or suede, giving the shoe a different texture entirely. Reflective mesh panels sit on the midfoot, and the heel carries dual branding with both the Jumpman and Wings logos. “In This Family No One Flies Alone” is embroidered along the ankle collar. A graduation tassel hangtag clips to the lace eyelet. The number “10” appears on the heel tab to mark the milestone.

Satin catches light differently depending on the angle. The grey shifts between cool silver and charcoal in direct sun. Reflective mesh is more visible at night than you’d expect.
