Yuta Hosokawa’s Recycled Military Take

READYMADE designer Yuta Hosokawa built his label on deconstructed military surplus, repurposing canvas from old gear into new garments. The 2021 Blazer Mid collab translated that ethos into footwear. The Blazer Mid READYMADE White reps mirrors the CZ3589-100 release, cream canvas upper with quilted padded panels, distressed leather Swoosh, and the signature READYMADE blue cross logo on the heel.

Cream waxed laces, exposed foam tongue with READYMADE branding, padded collar that looks like the inside of a military jacket. The quilt pattern across the toe and quarter panels is the standout, three-dimensional rather than printed. Sizing runs slightly large because of the padded interior, half down works for most.
