From a Katrina Auction to a Hall of Fame Retro

This colorway first appeared in 2006 as a one-of-one auctioned off to support Hurricane Katrina relief. Jordan Brand brought it back in 2018 as the Air Jordan 3 Retro Hall of Fame (136064-116) to honor MJ’s 2009 Basketball Hall of Fame induction. White leather upper, Fire Red accents on the inner tongue and Jumpman embroidery, cement grey elephant print on the toe and heel, and black hits on the eyelets and heel branding. Retail was $190.

The colorway reads like a remixed White Cement with red pushed to the forefront. Leather is smooth with a quality tumble. Fire Red pops are clean with no bleed. The Jumpman on the heel replaces Nike Air branding on this particular release. Versatile enough for daily wear but meaningful enough to keep on ice. Half up for wide feet.
