Nike shrunk the visible Air unit on the Air Max 1 in 1987 because the original 1986 prototypes had a bubble too tall to survive production. Decades later the Air Max 1 86 OG Big Bubble brings that original taller bubble back, with the exact OG colorblocking and proportions. White mesh, red mudguard, blue suede, the layout collectors have asked for since the 90s.
