Originally released in 2001 as part of the CO.JP pack limited to 2,001 pairs, the Air Jordan 1 High OG Japan features a Neutral Grey nubuck upper with Metallic Silver leather on the Swoosh, toe box, and heel overlay. The silver is real metallic leather that reflects light. Bubble Wings logo on the collar matches the original 2001 spec. Nike Air embroidery on the tongue. CO.JP branding on the insole. The 2020 global re-release brought this once-impossible-to-find colorway to a wider audience.

The grey nubuck is soft with a short, matte nap. Silver panels shine distinctly against the muted base. Thinner flat laces. White midsole, grey outsole.
