Not to be confused with the “5 Rings” colorway, the Kobe 5 Protro 5x Champ takes a different approach to celebrating Kobe’s championship legacy. Where the 5 Rings version used laser-etched graphics on a purple upper, this 5x Champ edition leans into metallic gold and black tones. Gold panels reference the championship trophies while black accents represent the Mamba mentality behind each win.
Kobe’s signature and personal logo appear in gold on the heel and tongue. The midsole carries a gold-to-black gradient. Zoom Air cushioning in the forefoot. FlyWire cables for support.
